What a website can see without asking
None of this needs a login, a download, or your permission. It's handed over automatically the moment a page loads — NetInfo just makes it legible.
IP & ASN
Your public address and the network operator behind it — often naming your ISP, employer, or hosting provider outright.
Location & timezone
City, region, postal code, and timezone, usually accurate to a few kilometres from IP geolocation alone.
Browser & device fingerprint
Screen size, installed fonts, hardware concurrency, and canvas rendering, combined into a signature that can follow you across unrelated sites.
DNS resolver
Which resolver actually answers your lookups — sometimes exposing your real network even while a VPN hides your IP everywhere else.
TLS & HTTP stack
Protocol version and cipher choices that can reveal automation tools, outdated clients, or an unusual proxy in front of you.
WebRTC path
A separate connection channel that can leak your real IP even when every other signal says you're masked.
Bot & fraud signals

An IP address, an ASN, and a device fingerprint are stable enough to build a profile with — no cookie required, and nothing to delete afterward.

Local-first by default
iYour approximate geolocation and IP may still be logged by Cloudflare for its own operational metrics, separately from anything NetInfo stores.Your report is generated and read in your browser. We don't store the exact result unless you choose "Share Report" — and that copy deletes itself after 3 days.
No account, no cookies
Nothing to sign up for and nothing to opt out of later. NetInfo itself sets no tracking cookies — the report just runs and shows you what it finds.
Never sold, never profiled
iThis is written into the Terms you accept on your first visit to the dashboard. The public services it contacts to work (IP checks, DNS test, map tiles, CDNs) follow their own privacy policies.No ads, no third-party analytics, no visitor profiles. We don't sell personal information, and there's no user database to leak — the only thing we ever store is a report you chose to share.
